About our preschool

Walking together

The Toddler Learning Center Building Blocks Preschool is a cooperative preschool in partnership with Skagit Valley College.  Parents are able to enroll in SVC and will receive credits for being a part of the program.

We have an online Zoom class that meets on Tuesdays at 9 am. There are 8 children (total) in each class. The class is geared towards the two-year-old development, however all children are welcome. 

There are 3 highly-qualified TLC staff members supporting the class - An infant/toddler specialist (the teacher), a speech therapy assistant, and a parent support specialist.

Our Zoom class encourages parents and children to explore their world, sing songs, listen to stories, and interact with others.
